How does per-seat pricing work for the Practice plan?
The Practice plan is priced per provider (seat). Choose 2-10 seats and each provider gets their own account with full access. You can add or remove seats anytime.
What EHR systems do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with Epic, Cerner (Oracle), athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks. More EHR integrations are on our roadmap. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.
How does HIE enrichment pricing work?
HIE enrichment is a per-query add-on at $3–5 per patient. You only pay when records are found — no charge for empty queries. Coverage spans 95%+ of US providers via CommonWell, Carequality, and eHealth Exchange. Enterprise plans include HIE enrichment at no extra cost.
Is my patient data safe?
Absolutely. MedScrub uses PHI de-identification with HIPAA-grade accuracy. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We sign BAAs with all customers and are fully HIPAA compliant.
What if I need more than 10 providers?
Our Enterprise plan supports unlimited providers with custom pricing, SSO/SAML integration, and dedicated support. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
